Important information about our event and COVID-19 measures

  1. We would like to inform you that according to current regulations issued by the Minister of Health, it is forbidden to organize any sporting or other events with more than 100 participants in the Czech Republic. At this point, no one can tell how long these measures will last.
  2. The preparation of our O-event continues, the final decision will be made on Sunday 5 April at the latest and will be announced immediately on this website and in ORIS.
  3. If the event goes ahead, cancellation conditions according to Bulletin I will be valid. For cancelation of your entry use always email (Turn on JavaScript!).  If the O-event is canceled by the organizers, we will refund the full entry fee to all competitors.
  4. If the event goes ahead, entries of competitors who have not paid by April 5th will be automatically deleted, and additional entries after April 5 will only be accepted to a very limited extent. If at all possible, we will organize the event even if much fewer competitors attend than is usual. 
  5. If the event goes ahead, all feasible measures as recommended by the Public Health Office will be taken at the event itself.
  6. If we are only able to organize the event with a limited number of competitors, entries will be selected according to the entry date, i.e. we take the first x entries. The full entry fee will be returned to all others.

Let's keep our fingers crossed, so that the current situation is over as soon as possible, and we can meet at some nice O-events again.
